Our Latest Project of Basement Conversion in Chelsea – SW3 Area. This elegant Victorian townhouse in the heart of Chelsea is home to a professional couple who wanted to have more space for living without moving out. Our basement conversion project created approximately 250 square feet of additional living space, including a state-of-the-art home office, a luxurious cinema room, and a bespoke wine cellar.

The entire project was managed as a comprehensive design and build solution, from initial concept to final completion, all executed by our in-house team at Ark Construction Design. From the outset, we collaborated closely with the clients to design internal spaces that maximized the potential of this prime SW3 property.

The excavation and fit-out were carried out while the clients remained in residence, with our team taking great care to minimize disruption to their daily routines. All fixtures and fittings were carefully selected in our Chelsea showroom, where the clients had access to our extensive collection of high-end materials and finishes. We seamlessly blended contemporary design elements with the property's period features, ensuring both practicality and sophistication.
