Our team began by reconfiguring the layout to maximize the generous square footage. We created a large, open-plan living and dining area, taking advantage of the three large sash windows that flood the space with natural light. These windows were carefully restored and upgraded with double-glazing to enhance sound insulation without compromising their original charm. The kitchen, now semi-open to the living area, features a 4-meter quartz countertop, high-end appliances, and custom cabinetry, providing ample storage and prep space. We installed a central island that doubles as a breakfast bar, adding both functionality and a social focal point to the room. The bedroom, measuring approximately 200 square feet, comfortably accommodates a king-size bed and includes a walk-in closet. We added a small home office nook in this room, creating a multi-functional space for modern living.

The bathroom was expanded to 100 square feet and now boasts a freestanding bathtub, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanities. We used a combination of marble and high-end tiles to create a luxurious spa-like atmosphere. Throughout the apartment, we restored the original hardwood flooring, adding character and warmth. A portion of exposed brick wall in the living room was carefully preserved and repointed, paying homage to the building's history. The renovation included a complete overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the installation of a modern, energy-efficient HVAC system.
