We restored original features including cornicing, ceiling roses, and hardwood floors throughout. The 400 square foot reception room was enhanced with bespoke joinery and a restored fireplace. The kitchen was fully redesigned with high-end appliances and a central island.
The master bedroom was reconfigured to include a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom featuring book-matched marble. All windows were restored and fitted with secondary glazing for improved energy efficiency.
We updated all mechanical and electrical systems, including underfloor heating in wet areas and a discreet smart home system.
